Health Guarantee

Sissy’s Farm guarantees that the kitten is in sound health and free of any known contagious diseases and has been cleared by a veterinarian.

The Seller warrants that the kitten comes from a clean cattery, all vaccinations are up-to-date, and the kitten is genetically sound to the best of the Seller’s knowledge. 

The Buyer must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receipt (excluding weekends). Will come with the first 2 sets of vaccination. So please set up the 3rdset and Rabies for the final set of vaccinations

If the kitten is found to be in poor health during this period, the buyer has two options:

1. Keep the kitten: Buyer assumes all costs for care.

2. Return the kitten: At the buyer’s expense, for a replacement kitten of equal quality (may take up to 12 months). A licensed veterinarian’s written report is required. The Seller may request a second opinion.

Conditions such as worms, ear infections, respiratory infections, and other treatable issues are not covered under this guarantee

Refund and Return Policy

• No Refunds: All payments, including deposits and pre-payments, are non refundable.

Care and Housing

• The kitten shall not be sold, leased, given away, abandoned to a shelter, pound, pet shop, research laboratory, humane organization, or any similar facility.

Breeding Conditions:

•Kitten registered purebred registered and has been DNA tested and are free of known disqualifying genetic conditions.

•All offspring are be spayed/neutered before sale unless further plans between seller and buyer where proof will be needed that the baby has been neutered or will be a breech of contract and can include legal expenses for buyer.

Breach of Breeding Conditions:

• $3,000 per kitten produced if breeding contract rules are violated.

•$4,000 for breach of contract regarding the sold cat.

The Buyer fully understands that outcomes after the kitten leaves the seller’s home are unpredictable.

Some cats may be carriers for certain autosomal recessive genetic conditions. Carrier cats are healthy and unaffected.

Non-Slander Agreement

• Buyer agrees not to slander or spread false information about Sissy’s Farm. Any violation voids all guarantees and can result in legal action.

• All disputes, including health, behavior, or contractual matters, must be resolved privately with “Sissy” Sandra Summers and or the owner of Cattery.

• Disputes cannot be aired publicly on social media, forums, review platforms, other channels without prior written consent from 

• Violation of this clause results in $10,000 in damages payable by the party publicizing the dispute.
